For most immunizations, you can just walk in! However, we MUST have an order from your doctor for all immunizations BEFORE they can be given. Please contact your doctor and obtain an order prior to arriving. Your HMF doctor can provide this order electronically. |

| If you are an existing HMF patient, we will bill your insurance for your vaccines, however, some plans do not cover some vaccines. If your vaccines are not covered, you will be required to pay for them at the time of service. |
