HMF is out of vaccines! No more shots for adults are available. Parents, if your children are scheduled for a second shot, please bring them as planned on one of the December dates.

Thursday, December 13 - 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pediatric 2nd dose only
Saturday, December 15 - 9 a.m. to noon Pediatric 2nd dose only

LOCATION
All vaccines will be given at the HMF administrative offices at 145 Vista Ave., Ste. 104, Pasadena. (This office is located behind Marie Callenders on Foothill Blvd., next to Champion Gymnastics.)

FEE
The fee is $30 per injection, payable by cash, check or charge card. We are not accepting any insurance. The only exception is Medicare, and only if your doctor is part of our medical group and you present your insurance card.

HIGH RISK PATIENTS
High risk patients are adults 65 years old or older; children 6-23 months old; anyone with asthma, kidney disease, heart disease and/or diabetes; children and teenagers who are receiving long-term aspirin therapy; those who can transmit the flu to those at high risk, such as care-givers and healthcare workers.

WARNING!
If you have a fever, serious flu or cold symptoms, allergy to eggs, allergy to latex, Guillian Barre, are pregnant or plan on conceiving in the next three months, are receiving chemotherapy, radiation, have HIV/AIDS or any immune disorder, you are NOT eligible for a flu shot at these clinics. Please see your primary care physician for your vaccination.
