HMF is affiliated with a number of health plans, and negotiations are underway to add more plans and networks. Please contact our business office to confirm that we participate in your plan, and that the specific doctor you wish to see is available under your plan.

Urgent Care

At HMF, urgent care is dedicated to the delivery of unscheduled, walk-in care outside of a hospital emergency department. Urgent care centers are primarily used to treat patients who have an injury or illness that requires immediate care but is not serious enough to warrant a visit to an emergency room.
