Huntington Medical Foundation (HMF) is affiliated with a number of health plans, and negotiations are underway to add more plans and networks. Please contact our business office to confirm that we participate in your plan, and that the specific doctor you wish to see is available under your plan.

In spite of our best efforts, some plans continue to list our physicians on their websites and to tell patients that HMF is under contract. Please note that we do NOT have contracts with:

- CAPP Care (contract terminated 11/01/02)
- ChoiceCare
- Cigna Open Access
- First Health (contract terminated 11/01/02)

- Global Care (never had a contract)
- PHCS (contract terminated 1/25/02)
- PHN (contract terminated 3/10/02)
- PPO Next (contract terminated 3/10/02)
